What shipping methods do you use?
We partner with a variety of reputable courier companies worldwide, including DHL, FedEx, TNT, RPX, and SF Express. The shipping method we select is based on the delivery address, as our shipping department is committed to choosing the most efficient and reliable option for your package. Rest assured, your order will arrive quickly and safely.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free of charge to the United States and Canada when you place an order over $72. We can ship to other countries as well, such as Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, etc. If you are from another country outside of the US and Canada, then $25 will be automatically added to your order as a shipping fee.
Can you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. To ensure the safe delivery of your products, we require all customers to provide a physical shipping address.
How can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the courier's website.
Can you ship orders overseas, and how long will it take for me to receive them?
Yes, we are pleased to offer shipping to countries around the globe. After placing your order, we will send you proofs for bulk orders within 2 business days.
The estimated delivery time will vary based on the items ordered and the selected shipping method. To ensure your items arrive on time for your event, please use the following formula to calculate the Estimated Delivery Time:
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time

*Processing Time refers to the period from when you approve your order until it leaves our warehouse. During this time, we may contact you to confirm order details or to prepare your custom products.
*Shipping Time is the time it takes for your item to be delivered to your door. Please note that all courier companies do not deliver on weekends or national holidays.
What is your return policy?
Our primary goal is to ensure all customers are satisfied with our products. In certain cases, we accept returns, but please adhere to the following guidelines:
- All return requests due to incorrect shipments must be approved by us within three business days of receiving your order.
- You must provide us with an authorization number for returned goods; without this authorization, we cannot process your request.
- Merchandise must be in ‘like-new’ condition. While you may open the items, please handle them with care to avoid any damage or markings.
- No credit will be issued for items damaged during shipping or due to circumstances beyond our control. Any shipping-related concerns should be directed to the shipping company, as they are responsible for shipping issues.
- The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Returns based on color discrepancies will not be accepted. Please keep in mind that color variations may occur due to differences in computer monitor displays. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may appear between your printed invitations and what you see on-screen. However, we always ensure that each order is produced to the highest standard.
