What does the price include?
When you order wedding invitations, you will receive free outer envelopes. Additionally, we can print your return address on the envelopes at no extra cost.
Our prices are listed in US dollars. If you are located in Canada, Australia, or any European country, the total will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout based on the current exchange rate.
May I cancel my order after it has been delivered?
Yes, if you are dissatisfied with our e-proofs or the quality of our service **before** we print your order, you have the option to cancel and receive a refund. Please note that a $15 design fee will be deducted from your refund, as our designers invest significant time in creating your order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including:
- PayPal
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover
- American Express
- E-Check(Please note: E-Check clearance may take up to 4 business days.)
We also accept Western Union payments; please contact us for further information.
What should I do if I want to make changes?
We are excited to help you create your dream invitation for your special day!
- Complimentary Revisions: We offer two complimentary revisions with digital proofs to ensure your order is just right.
- Additional Changes: If you require more revisions, there will be a charge of $5 per revision.
We strive to accommodate any changes before your order is printed. However, due to our fast turnaround time, we cannot guarantee any modifications once production begins, so please ensure your order is correct before confirming your e-proofs.
May I customize the color or size of an invitation shown on screen?
Unfortunately, the size of the invitations cannot be changed. However, you can customize the color and font when placing your order. To request color changes:
- Specify your desired colors, background, and lettering details in the “Special Requirements” section of the order form.
- You can either name the color or select from our color chart.
Our designer will create your proofs based on your requests and email them to you within 36 hours. If you wish to make any changes, please reach out to us via email or phone.
Can you print in languages other than English?
Yes, we offer this as a free service. Please provide the wording before or after placing your order. We kindly ask that you take responsibility for any errors; ensure your wording is thoroughly checked before submission.
May I add additional information to the response cards?
Absolutely! We’re happy to modify the wording on the response cards. You can:
- Add extra information or change the entire text at no additional charge.
- Just provide clear instructions in the “Special Requirements” section when placing your order.
Do you offer other types of cards besides wedding invitations?
Yes! If you’re interested in additional cards such as:
